Averon Guest House offers comfortable 2 star Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in
the city centre of Edinburgh. Situated in a residential area with a car park at
its rear, the Georgian townhouse dates to 1750 and although fully restored with
modern facilities it still retains its original charm and character. Close to the
Kings Theatre and Edinburgh Castle, the convenient location in the West End of the
city is near to the popular shopping street - Princes Street.
Rooms
The Averon Guest House has a total of 14 rooms of which 8 are en-suite. The rooms
are located on the ground and first floor. There is a mixture of double, twin, family
and single rooms. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard and the
rooms are all centrally heated. Some rooms have a view to the rear of the guest
house which has a beautiful walled garden which dates back from 1750 and makes a
peaceful and relaxing place to sit.
All rooms have colour television and tea making facilities and ensuite.
