      Lovely campsite in a quiet and beautiful place by the shore of Loch Lommond. It has a great grass area to pitch your tent, well mantained toilets and a practical two sinks tap of drinkable water.

      Site is managed by Scottish Forestry. Very helpful and friendly warden. Water and compostable toilets onsite but no shower. Camping pitches available by the riverside.

Lodge Forest Visitor Centre Youth Campsite

Youth Campsite's are informal designated sites run by the Forestry Commission, which are tent only campsites. These sites are a great way for providing youth groups with an outdoor experience with the feeling of wild camping. Sallochy Campsite
Sallochy Bay, Rowardennan, Glasgow, GB
Sallochy Campsite is a semi-formal campsite on the banks of Loch Lomond near Rowardennan,Glasgow. The West Highland Way passes through the campsite. Operated by Forestry Commission Scotland, the campsite has basic facilities to give you a 'wilder' camping experience. Composting toilets and drinking water is available but there are no showers on-site.
