Took my daughter this time back to bay 7 on the loch ( our favourite ). Great night with the fire bowl being a godsend in plummeting temperatures. For a wilder camping experience it can't be beat....

Gallery of Modern Art

Glasgow
The Gallery of Modern Art in the heart of Glasgow is the second most visited contemporary art gallery outside of London and it is the main gallery of modern art in Glasgow. Housed in an elegant building, the museum opened in 1996 and has since seen several million visitors pass through its doors. Offering a thought-provoking programme of temporary exhibitions and workshops, the Gallery of Modern Art displays work by local and international artists including works by David Hockney, Sebastiao Salgado, Andy Warhol and Scottish artists such as John Bellany and Ken Currie. Contemporary social issues are also addressed through the Gallery of Modern Art's major biannual projects and the gallery as a whole continues to evolve, regularly attracting new audiences.

There are a number of superb facilities including a dedicated Education and Access studio, a library in the basement with a cafe, free Internet access terminals, multimedia, art, and general book-lending facilities, and regular workshops and talks by artists.
